Horrendous customer service!Ordered the sponge cake a few times and generally no issues however the last time I ordered in Nov 2020, top half of cake smelled like pies/sausage rolls. This was eaten straight after collection and was not put together with other food. Thought I'll give it another go this time so called to place an order. After taking my order, I briefly mentioned my last experience as feedback to her nicely however I was asked why am I ordering again so I told her that the previous times were good, and it was just the last order so just wanted to let them know as feedback. She then abruptly told me they would never put the cakes with other food, accused me of putting the cake with other smelly foods and that they can't make the cake I just ordered"

The Spinach Feta and Pine Nut Quiche is delicious am taking one home to Brisbane..The gentleman was very friendly and helpful .

Very small, average tasting beef pie, especially for $8. Nonchalant service. Puffs were ok but nothing to write home about.

I go out of my way to buy from Puseys Puffs. They make the best home cooked pies and quiches. And their powder puffs are amazing. Friendly service and always responsive.

These powder puffs simply melt in your mouth! So soft and 'puffy' sponge that is simply delightful with the fresh cream and jam!! My staple each time I visit Perth!!

I have just tasted the worst (chunky) meat pie ever. pastry dried up and what tasted like a lot of vinegar in the very pale looking gravy. The lady who served me was so miserable no customer care there at all.

I simply don’t understand how a high sugared low flavour item can sell for as long as it can, unless the majority of your market is 15 years and under.

Nice but expensive, $34 for 12 Hot-X buns!
