Seriously tasty treats and top notch coffee. So stoked this little bakery has opened up in West Leedy, it is a great addition. Have tried a range of their sweet and savoury baked goods and enjoyed every one! They also have delicious condiments in store, have enjoyed their jam and tomato relish. Worth a visit!

Not Goods, so Goods.... yum. Got to say, the almond croissant was good. Fresh, crispy, good almond syrup filling, which was sweet without being too sweet. Moist enough to overcome any dryness from the pastry. There wasn't any other filling. On top, the blanched almonds were dusted with icing sugar. With a coffee, you'd think you've had another perfect day.On entering the store, there are a few tables, quasi dining in. The sweets are all in a cabinet on the front counter. Get in early if you want to see the full range. Once they run out...

If you like Modus Coffee, this outpost has you sorted. Good coffee obviously, but the range of baked goods are top notch. A little different from other bakeries, in a good way - take the anything (bagel topping) escargot, double baked hazelnut croissants etc. My favourite Modus treat, the cruller, however was oil soaked so taking a star away for that.

Best damage cruellers in Australia. As a Canadian who loves Australia but has been sad at the lack of donut options, this place delivers. AAA++++++, just bought 8, would buy again

NEXT LEVEL GOOD! They have sweet and savoury items so there is something for everyone. I think I’m gonna have to come back here everyday while I’m here visiting Perth so I can try everything… had the coffee crueller and the everything eschalot, both were amazing. Fresh and baked on site. They’re open 7-2 and there’s limited seating, but it’s a perfect spot to grab something on the go anyway! Coffee is great too! Friendly staff. I’ll be back before I leave Perth for sure…
