NEVER AGAIN!Firstly called to ask if I could place an order and pay a deposit over the phone as I could not make it down to the store in person in time and I was told no I had to order in person. Luckily my husband was able to get down and place the order for me. He described the incredibly simple design we wanted, even showing pictures for them to copy.When I went to collect the cake was completely wrong and I showed the girl the picture to which she said it looks the same to me". The cake was $95 and not at all what we had asked for so I asked if she could please fix some of the icing which she agreed to do.While I was waiting another employee was eating pastries from the display whilst serving customers!! Another woman then arrived to pick up a cake also and was visibly upset she said something to the lady then looked over at me and rolled her eyes as if to say "you too?".After waiting... and waiting .. I was flashed my cake from a distance as she said "this better". I was in a rush so I said yes. Unfortunately she has not shown me the rear side of the cake that was extremely messy .. it looked as though the cake was made by a toddler not for one!When I opened the cake box at home I was further disgusted at the state of it inside. there is no service, stood at counter for couple of minutes along with other customers. Nobody behind counter, had to move down to entrance of back room. lady was mucking around out there suddenly saw customers and came out. didn't ask who was first, I had to get her attention as I was first. very rude lady not the first time, she is always on her mobile playing not concentrating on serving customers. you always have to get her attention. I don't know how the business survives pour management.

Always had great friendly and helpful service here. The cakes are nice. Nice rolls and the sausage rolls are delicious.

Great food, authentic and tasty. Plenty of choice including healty options.The cake artist is very talented.I always pop in for a quick snack or cake orders.

I was there today to order a cake in the shape of a book. First, I asked to see the price of the two cakes on display, and the older lady told me that the first one was $180, the second $160. OK. I said if I could do the order for the weekend. She told me I could and I asked for a $160 cake as she told me it cost that much. When I talked about the order, she added that the same cake costs $250. When I politely told her that she told me personally that the same cake costs $160, she angrily snapped that I didn't hear correctly that she said $250. My wife and another man confirmed that she said $160 and that I was not raising my voice. The saleswoman in question was very rude. I will never buy anything from them again.

We ordered a cake for my daughter-in-laws 40th birthday for last Friday. It looked beautiful and the cake and filling where delicious. Cake was so fresh and light. Very happy with the whole experience.

TERRIBLE!Expired chocolate milk, rock hard cream in my eclairs couldn't bite into my hedge hog slice and was over charged. I wouldn't suggest purchasing desserts from this location

I use to buy whole cakes back here about 10 years ago, then 1 year i bought the same as usual an they've stop using fresh cream but use that stuff that tastes like icing all through. There single cakes have the fresh cream but it could have changed now?
