Been going to this bakery since I was a child. New management took over 1-2 years ago. The quality of baked goods has plummeted drastically to the point I drive to a different bakers delight.

Worst service ever! Had to listen to the lady behind the counter on the phone absolutely berating someone for calling in sick and saying that they need to come in. As a customer I don't want your sick staff touching my food! Had no acknowledgement at all while I was there until I was about to walk out. But then was on her mobile pretty the whole time. It use to be so much better but must be under new ownership. Got home and bread wasn't very fresh. Won't be back, South freo is much better.

Buying from bakery I’m expecting freshly baked breads not stale ones. They r not even worth one start rating. Plus the rudest staff and owner. This place is ruined my trust for bakers delight, I’m never spending a single penny on any bakers delight ever.

There is no way this bread is baked “fresh every day”. Compared to every other bakers delight, this one is the worst, there bread is stale every day, they crust is tough like it’s been frozen than re-baked

Normally good. Hours online are wrong. Rudely turned away by staff multiple times, for coming during posted hours. Change the hours and I'll change my rating
